FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR: HIRING

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Coordinator to join our busy dental clinic at Whitfords Dental Centre.

As the successful applicant, your role is to apply a set of core duties, a positive attitude and professional energy toward client services for an established fully engaged client-base.

The role is available on a part-time basis. To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:

• Previous dental receptionist experience is essential
• Team playerDisplay high attention to detail
• Show initiative and flexibility
• Willingness to take direction, learn new skills and techniques and contribute back to the team.
• Positive and friendly personality
• Outstanding patient communication skills
• Well presented
• A bubbly and positive personality is essential
• Knowledge of D4W software an advantage
• Must comply with current Covid immunisation regulations
